Lifetime Access Only $99

Regaining A Deeper Sense of Well-being for Increased Vitality: How to Effectively Address Lingering Chronic Health Challenges is an on demand professional study group for CranioSacral Therapists and students trained through the Upledger Institute International.
This study group explores how advanced CranioSacral Therapy can support clients experiencing chronic depletion — particularly in cases involving post-viral fatigue, long COVID, mold exposure, Lyme disease, toxic burden, and prolonged stress states.
Rather than presenting a new technique, this session reframes core CranioSacral principles through the lens of vitality restoration. You will learn how to recognize layered physiological, fascial, emotional, and energetic patterns that underlie chronic depletion — and how to listen deeply enough for vitality to re-emerge.
The program is facilitated by Suzanne Scurlock, CST-D, a senior instructor with more than 40 years of experience teaching CranioSacral Therapy. Participants receive lifetime access to professionally recorded lectures, demonstrations, and clinical Q&A.

Restoring Vitality Through by Listening Deeply to Body, Mind, & Spirit
Chronic depletion is rarely caused by a single issue.
In this study group, Suzanne and guest instructor Maggie Phillips model how experienced practitioners:
Listen for underlying organ system vulnerability (especially liver, adrenals, lungs)
Recognize dural tube and diaphragmatic restrictions in depleted systems
Work skillfully with fragile clients navigating detox protocols
Pace sessions to avoid overload
Stay long enough for full release — rather than partial correction
Vitality returns when the system feels heard, resourced, and allowed to release at its own pace.
How post-viral fatigue, mold exposure, Lyme disease, and toxic burden overlap physiologically
Genetic susceptibility and detox limitations in chronically depleted clients
Using the significance detector to determine safe detox dosage and pacing
Supporting liver, adrenals, kidneys, and thoracic inlet releases before intervention
Working with facilitated segments and dural tube restrictions
Recognizing when emotional history overlays physical depletion
Integrating organ listening and meridian balancing into Cranial 1 fundamentals
Applying 10-Step Protocol precision to complex chronic cases
By participating in this study group, practitioners will refine their ability to assess and treat chronically depleted clients using foundational CranioSacral principles with greater depth, pacing, and precision.
Participants will:
Gain practical strategies for dialoguing with fragile systems
Support organ and meridian function
Recognize layered structural and emotional contributors to vitality loss
Clients with chronic fatigue, long COVID, mold exposure, and Lyme often feel dismissed or misunderstood.
When you can truly listen to their system, you can:
Identify organ vulnerabilities that may not appear on intake forms
Avoid over-detoxifying fragile systems
Restore fluid movement and regulation safely
Depleted clients cannot tolerate normal levels of intervention.
When you pace appropriately, you can:
Regulate before detox
Support adrenals and kidneys early in sessions
Help vitality return naturally rather than pushing for change
All components were professionally recorded live over Zoom.
Your registration includes:
A full-length lecture on Regaining A Deeper Sense of Well-being for Increased Vitality: How to Effectively Address Lingering Chronic Health Challenges
Live demonstration illustrating structural, cranial, organ, and meridian approaches for depleted systems
Clinical insights drawn from over four decades of teaching and clinical experience
Practitioner Q&A exploring hands-on and distance applications
Lifetime access via the Online Training Center (OTC)
This study group is designed for CranioSacral Therapists, bodyworkers, and students of CranioSacral Therapy seeking to:
Deepen therapeutic presence and perceptual clarity
Strengthen grounding, boundaries, and energetic awareness
Enhance both hands-on and distance healing effectiveness

Details on Our Study Groups
All the lectures, demos, and Q&A were filmed live over Zoom. You can watch from your location with a practice partner or on your own.
The beauty of this type of study group is that the cost of registration gives you lifetime access to the video to watch as many times as you need so you will get all the nuances that you may have missed during the initial lecture and demonstration. You can revisit the material again and again until you feel confident to put the skills into practice.
