Reclaim Your Sacrum – Reclaim Your Power is an on demand professional study group for CranioSacral Therapists and students trained through the Upledger Institute International.

This study group explores the sacrum as both a mechanical anchor and an energetic engine within the CranioSacral system. Through lecture, clinical storytelling, live demonstration, and interactive Q&A, participants deepen their understanding of the sacrum as a regulator of vitality, a provider of a sense of safety, and nervous system integration.

The program is facilitated by Suzanne Scurlock, CST-D, a senior instructor with more than 40 years of experience teaching CranioSacral Therapy. Participants receive lifetime access to professionally recorded lectures, demonstrations, and clinical Q&A.

Open to ALL CST levels (from CST 1 and aboveand other Bodyworkers)

Investment: Only $99

Detailed Overview

Freeing the Sacrum: Where Mechanical Precision Meets Energetic Intelligence

In this in-depth study group, you will explore:

  • The sacrum as the end point of the dural tube and anchor of the CranioSacral system

  • Sacroiliac mobility, lumbosacral junction function, and coccygeal dynamics

  • The sacrum’s role in parasympathetic regulation and autonomic balance

  • Practitioner embodiment and how dropping into your own sacrum refines palpation

  • Deep still points, flexion-extension amplification, and dural tube rock-and-glide

  • Coccyx correction, fusion considerations, and pelvic floor implications

What This Study Group Explores

  • The sacrum as both structural anchor and sacred energetic generator for the body

  • How sacral restriction influences vitality, irritability, exhaustion, and chronic patterns

  • The relationship between sacrum and occiput as unified system partners

  • Dural tube mobility as equally important to bone and sutural mobility

  • Extended sacral holds as gateways to systemic reorganization

  • How sacral work impacts chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and long-term resilience

Learning Outcomes

By participating in Reclaim Your Sacrum – Reclaim Your Power, practitioners will refine their ability to assess and treat sacral dysfunction from both a biomechanical and energetic perspective.

Participants will:

  • Gain confidence in identifying sacral restrictions

  • Work skillfully with coccygeal injuries

  • Restore dural tube mobility and glide

  • Deepen therapeutic presence through embodied awareness.

Why This Matters in Practice

When the sacrum is restricted, the entire CranioSacral system is affected.

  • Clients may present with chronic fatigue, irritability, or a sense of being “nailed down.”

  • Sacral compression can inhibit dural tube flow and parasympathetic regulation.

  • Chronic sacral injuries often underlie unresolved systemic complaints.

When the sacrum is freed, the nervous system is free to reorganize.

  • Long-held patterns of tension begin to dissolve.

  • End organs receive improved innervation through restored dural tube glide.

  • Clients experience increased steadiness, vitality, and resilience.

What's Included

All components were professionally recorded live over Zoom.

Your registration includes:

  • A full-length lecture on Reclaim Your Sacrum – Reclaim Your Power

  • Live demonstration illustrating extended sacral holds, still points, flexion-extension dynamics, and dural tube rock-and-glide

  • Clinical insights drawn from more than four decades of teaching and clinical experience

  • Practitioner Q&A addressing coccyx injuries, sacral restrictions, pelvic floor issues, and chronic illness

  • Lifetime access via the Online Training Center (OTC)

Audience

This study group is designed for CranioSacral Therapists, bodyworkers, and students of CranioSacral Therapy seeking to:

  • Deepen sacral palpation skills and refine biomechanical assessment

  • Integrate energetic awareness and embodiment into clinical practice

  • Confidently address coccygeal trauma, sacral compression, and chronic sacral restriction patterns

Details on Our Study Groups

All the lectures, demos, and Q&A were filmed live over Zoom. You can watch from your location with a practice partner or on your own.

The beauty of this type of study group is that the cost of registration gives you lifetime access to the video to watch as many times as you need so you will get all the nuances that you may have missed during the initial lecture and demonstration. You can revisit the material again and again until you feel confident to put the skills into practice.
